Ordered the 4 pieces Hot Chicken Tenders with one side of Coleslaw and Mac and cheese. The spice level was spleen and that had more kick than the Hattie B?s mild. Both sides were fine, the star of the show was definitely the hot chicken. I also have a Chess Pie slice to go, it was solid, but it was my first time with Chess Pie nothing to compare. I'd like Party Fowl and Hattie B?s about Prince Ranges tho.
Prince? Friendly staff from this WORLD food. I like spicy, but let's honestly too hot is just pain and less taste. My choice is always medium at Prince?s. It's like Jalapeño heat. Nose running tons of taste.
For the first time in Nashville I wanted to try the most authentic Nashville Hot Chicken I could find. After reading many reviews, I finally decided to try the original! I'm glad to say it wasn't disappointed! The staff was friendly and helpful, and recommend that I be half hot and half medium on my offers. After that, I was glad I didn't get all hot. While I enjoyed it, the medium was the way to go! When I arrived on Saturday at 11:30, there was no line to speak, and I had my food in less than 5 minutes. The frits were well seasoned, wrinkle cut and had a nice taste to them. The Mac and the cheese were slightly underwhelming, but it helped cut the heat a little. Personally I enjoyed the bites with the pimple slices above. Something about the sour juice of the pimples mixed with the spices of the chicken, only really made the taste pop! If it's your first time in Nashville and you want to try the original hot chicken stall, you can't go wrong here!
We travel in Nashville and have decided to try this place as it is the original Nashville hot chicken. The chicken sandwich was great, but the size is much smaller than expected (a little bigger than a chicken little at KFC). The fried chicken tastes great, the medium heat is spicy enough for me. Overall, it was a great dinner. At night it was cool and the heating wasn't on. It feels like 60 degrees in the restaurant and no way that was a convenient attempt for the food.
The original Nashville hot chicken. I mean, when in Rome... I felt like it's a must. Clean location with lots of seating, nice staff and they do a ton of take out orders. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Unlike knockoffs around the country, they have levels from extra mild through xxx hot. They told me mild was hot at other places but medium wasn't bad for me, I wasn't sweating. If you like hot, go hot. Blue cheese was not needed, the oils, spices and salty flavors were great on their own. Eat the bread on the bottom for real flavor.
