Mcdonald's - Nashville

Now I gave these five stars to the employees. They are really care and it shows up due to their speed of service and quality of food. Now that the area doesn't expect a little crazy about the building. The area would be 1 out of 5 on a good day.

Outstanding customer service. McDonald's has always discovered me in a world that is so strong based on extraordinary customer service. If I wanted to choose the company that provided the best overall experience with customer service and support, McDonald's was always up on my list! 10 STARS OUT 5 IF IT WERE POSSIBLE!!

Very hard working family that keep this place freshly hot and good

It's the worst McDonald's I've ever been. I didn't feel good and I knew I had to go to the bathroom. I made it to the McDonald's in Nashville Tennessee. After I came to the bathroom and searched for toilet paper, there was no one, so I went to the other stable and there was no one. After about 15 minutes, my husband sat on me. He got through the door to see if I'm okay and I told him I need toilet paper. He went and told a girl who worked and told her she'd bring something. After 10 minutes he came back and asked me if they brought something and I said no. He told her again and she held her finger up, which meant to wait a minute. 10 minutes later he asked me again if they brought it and I said no. At some point, he took some paper from the man's room. I'm planning a complaint.

Only as an absolute last resort. Worst mcdonald's in Tennessee is never worth it out of line in less than 30 minutes on all foods is never even right in the 8 years I have lived here.
