Krystal - Nashville

Came here for a late nightbelief. they were fast at ordering and no long wait time to get my food. I like this type of service always, especially when it runs a fast late night.

A little slow and Krystals was slopped together, stuff off the burgers in the bottom of the box after a long wait. But hey I tossed them back together and they was good. Plus the drive thru lady was nice. Maybe next time. I understand things can get messed up easy in this industry, but the lady was nice. So I guess it was ok.

Drive thru women that took my order mis understood my order even though the employees around her are the ones that brought it to my attention. Then when I said something she was very rude and disrespectful. But the food was great.

Giving a one star because there wasn’t a zero. Didn’t answer us at the screen to order and wouldn’t take our order at the drive thru window. Thanked them and let them know I’d take my business elsewhere

I used to eat there growing up. I moved to another state that has no Krystal restaurants. So whenever I go back to visit with family it's a nostalgic stop that I make.Long story short, I'm done with the nostalgia.Could take a lesson or a hundred from chick-fil-a on customer service. And the food was nasty to say the least.Someone told me that most of the Krystals were going out of business. Definitely see why. Trash.
