Mcdonald's

This is one of my favorite McDonalds. They are usually very fast in providing my food, and I rarely have any issues with the incorrect order. My kids like the play area, although I’m not a big fan of the computer games they have.Kid-friendliness: It has a decent play area with two computer game screens as well as a two story climbing area.

McD's sure has gone down in recent years. Food is no longer cheap, is mostly tasteless, and the staff are rarely friendly. And after the report I just saw about what they put in their fries, I won't be going to another one. Ever. Again.

Called ahead to confirm they were still serving dinner at 3:22 am and they said they were still serving until 4. All is well. Drive the 8 minutes and get there because the mobile app said to come to McDonald’s because it was having issues taking my Apple Pay. We talk to the guy at the speaker and he said they aren’t accepting any orders at all, not even DoorDash or Uber. Okay, we explain we just spoke on the phone with a manager about being there in 8 minutes to get some food. He never responds and completely ignores us. So we drove off and get Whataburger. I work nights in customer service as well. But I would never ever treat a customer this way, I completely understand how annoying people can be but that’s exactly why I called ahead because I know the POS system does need to update for the switch from dinner to breakfast a lot of the time. But seriously? C’mon if you’re working at a McDonald’s of all places then don’t just ignore your customer. It’s called being professional.

Rude employees lack of professionalism don’t look at numbers matching the right doordash. Always give out wrong orders and don’t care!!!! Ridiculous!!

Awful completely awful. Drinks always half filled, never getting our full order and an awful attitude from the employees. There are plenty other places on western center.
