Dunkin' - Naperville

Sometimes people will surprise you pay for your coffee — even if it’s over $20!!!

We got our munchkins and coffee pretty quickly. And She made our drinks spot on. She was on her own but managed to take care of us and the drive thru.

1. Went through drive through. Order was wrong. 2. Asked to pull around. Brought incorrect order out again. 3. Had to walk into store to correct order. 4. Proceed to try to give me the rest of my order, BUT was still missing items. 5. Return home to unwrap food and find that it was simply missing parts to the sandwich (no sausage patty). 6. Coffee tasted like water. 7. Also never received a receipt. 8. Would've asked for a refund but at the point wanted the time in my life back that I wasted.

Chivalry is dead I know but a woman server shd not go along with a man who butts in line just states his order over my polite voice in response to her… “Who s next?” Your server knew the man was not even in the store when I was waiting next in line. So angry will not be back…I know you cd care less.

Worse crew ever. Talking in the drive thru not in a nice way and nervous. Not trying to listen to your order
