Taiyo - Nanaimo

Lots of vegan options full of flavor. Love this place so much.

The restaurant entered a welcoming greeting in a cozy small authentic Japanese restaurant. I came for the rams so I saw nothing else on the menu... 3 vegan ramen options (regular, garlic, sharp). I had the garlics and it was fantastic. I don't eat a ton of ramen, but if I lived nearby, I'd eat these rams a lot. The proportion was massive, so the value seemed good. It was so garlic and I loved every bite. Not much more to say about my visit, but everything was great, and I highly recommend it.

I had the vegan ramen, the oldashi Tofu is bomb! I am very grateful

The tan tan ramen at this restaurant was delicious, not too spicy but packed with flavor. My only complaint is that I wish there were more vegetables in the dish. The service was also great.
