Dropped 9 fish off 14 weeks ago and was quoted 12 weeks processing time. I haven’t been called or informed of any delay.Update: I left a voicemail and haven’t heard back from anyone.

Lox used to be good but now it is mushy so avoid at all costs. The canned salmon is okay.

I have been ordering frozen and canned from St. Jean's Cannery Smokehouse for a few years now and so enjoy their products during the winter months and have had excellent services on deliveries with no concerns. Emily

The St Jean's team stepped up and made it happen! Our fish came in perfectly prepared and packaged. They also sell a number of great products direct and we highly recommend their smoked Salmon. Love the family leadership and culture of the company. We will be fans for life!
