ふらっと訪問したのですが、焼き鳥が今まで食べた中でTOP3に入る味でした。夜割と遅めに軽食の感覚で入ったので、しっかりメニュー堪能出来なかったのですが、焼き鳥5種盛りに、レバー串、白レバーパテ、〆のラーメンを注文しました。 焼き鳥はどれも最高に美味しかったですが、最後に出たハツモトが絶品でした。白レバーも上品な味で丁寧に作られてると感じました。 最後に食べた〆のらーめんは、しっかりと鶏ガラ出汁が取られていて、油分も適度でした。 麺は細麺で、お酒を飲んだ後の締めには最高の一品でした。 次回長崎を訪れた際には必ずしっかり注文して、お酒も飲んでみたいと思います。 星５つでも良いくらいです。

I'm thinking of letting you know again とても美味しかったです！！ 焼鳥10本以上ぺろりでした。 美味しかったのですが、少ししょっぱく感じました。すこーしだけ抑えてもいいかもと思います。 また、サッパリできる箸休めがあるといいと思いました。きゅうりのビール漬けがありましたが、甘めでサッパリとまではいかずでした。いいお肉を使っており口の中を少しサッパリできるメニューがあるとよかったです。 ラーメンも頂きましたが、めっちゃ美味しかったです。 また伺わせていただこうと思ってます

焼き鳥で長崎ミシュランガイド1つ星のお店です。2月からお昼のランチを始められました。ランチであれば女性で1人でも気楽に入店できると思います。感染対策も十分とられており室内も清潔です。お昼のランチは炭火焼き親子丼だけですが1000円でミシュランの味をあじわえます。親子丼の上の生卵が凄く美味しかったです。県外からお越しの方も長崎駅前にお店があるので気楽に寄れると思います。
