El restaurante Latest Recipe se ubica en las instalaciones del hotel Le Meridien Chiang Mai, uno de los mejores hoteles que puede encontrar durante mi estancia en Thailandia. Se trata de un restaurante de cocina internacional donde pudimos disfrutar de todo tipo de platos tanto asiáticos como occidentales, por ejemplo cocina italiana con pizzas, pasta o cocina asiática con platos como Kai Ho Toey o los fideos en curry amarillo. Un detalle a tener en cuenta es que aquí tienen su propio horno donde hornean sus panecillos y sus pasteles, dándoles así un toque que otros restaurantes no tienen. Este restaurante abre todo el día desde las 06,00 de la mañana para los desayunos hasta las 23,00 horas, a diferencia del otro que hay en el hotel, el restaurante Favola que sólo abre a las cenas. Personalmente lo que más me gustó de este restaurante fueron sus carnes que estaban muy bien preparadas y con mucha calidad, pudiendo elegir prácticamente de todo: filetes, costillas, etc... y sus postres no sabiendo bien cual elegir.
