If you were here in the past and had a bad experience, I strongly recommend coming back and meeting the new team! They will take care of you, AND you are always welcome to have your sub made your way. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
They are very slow and disorganized, subs were not good not all barely any meat didn’t even put the right cheese on my sub very rude also I’d rate it -0 if I could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Idk who was at the drive thru but he was a great guy took my order and he was super nice he was closing this past Friday 10/13
This was by far the worst experience I have had at a subway. The employee Sydney was horrible. She has no customer service skills and is very confusing. She did not explain the new process of ordering by number or build your own, than half way through she would not let us get specific veggies on our sub that were not in the description for that specific sub with out an argument. She needs to be FIRED. She is not worth your business reputation. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Customer Service training for her. She would not provide any info for a manager. I will call again today to speak with a manager.
