Jimmy John's - Muskegon

I write this review from a toilet... Only the 3rd time I've had to go this Monday morning... Sunday night I spent puking and also on the toilet... How did I know it was Jimmy johns...? Well I sure tasted it again...You guys really need to rotate your food more frequently... It's basic food safety... Now due to your neglect (or maybe you just wanted to pinch pennies and pass off spoiled food to customers) now I gotta feel this today... I could care less for a refund... I definitely don't want any free food...I just don't want to be feeling like this on a Monday morning as I drive 3 hours to my customer...

Sub was made incorrectly they were quick to fix it make it right. Great service good food!

$4.49 delivery fee on a $8 sandwich, lol. Thats insane I order Jimmy John's in other areas and it's $1-2. Skipping this.

Ordered 2 sandwiches drove 10 mins home and one of them (in the mayo and lettuce) had a fly that was still alive. Don't ever come to this trash heap of a store.

A sandwich was prepared very quickly and exactly the way I like it. Tables were a little dirty, that's understandable because this place was incredibly busy.
