Hostaria Rò e Buni - München

Had dinner here on a Tuesday night and the food was excellent. Their homemade pasta was incredible and the staff and service were so welcoming and cozy. Slaeica was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful!!

Open since 2012 this is a organic certified restaurant and probably, one of its kind in Munich. I have walked past here many times and often wanted to try it. Finally, I had the chance to try it last night with a group of friends. It's more or less classic Italian cuisine, with a few Mediterranean dishes. Plenty of choice for vegans and vegetarians also. They have a good selection of organic wines and spritzers. I chose to have the Amalfi Limoncello spritzer with mint and, I loved it : I love limoncello and never had it in a spritz and this combination may well be my new favourite : For main I had the four course menu. The seafood salad was delicious as was the seafood main. I wanted to give the seafood a chance as many restaurants in Munich overcook the fish. The seafood here was cooked to perfection and well flavoured. The pasta was also good. The flavours in the pasta dish were not intense enough for me. The tagliatelle on the other hand was fresh and al dente. The pannacotta for dessert was disappointing for me. Some things just don't work so well without a bit of added chemicals and I think, dessert could well be one lol Service was very friendly and efficient. The ambience here is lovely and cosy. They were more than willing to modify a dish or two to suit, a rare occurrence in many places in Munich. All in all a great evening and I would happily repeat it. I am glad I finally tried this place. It's good food, responsible food and served in a very nice and cozy atmosphere. What is not to like about that ? :

The food here was excellent. We visited the place on a weekend and I had with my reservation asked for a nice table as it was supposed to be a romantic dinner for my husband's birthday. They don't have many cozy little tables for two and I cannot tell whether those had already been booked out earlier, but in any case we were seated at the long tavola, thankfully at the end though. This way we only had another couple to one side. That was a little disappointing, but the quality of the food made up for some of that. Service was attentive and friendly. So all in all its a 4* for me, even though the food that night would have deserved a 5*. Organic food of high quality, good vegetarian and vegan options!

Mâncarea aici a fost excelentă. Am vizitat locul într-un weekend și am avut cu rezervarea mea a cerut o masă frumoasă, așa cum ar fi trebuit să fie un romantic ..
