Gecco Gastronomie - München

We were looking for a cheap place to eat as our funds were running low!! You can get a huge main for €10 here. Our waiter was friendly and jokey. He made an effort with us. He spoke German, Italian and English! I had pasta...and my other half had pizza. Was all tasty and did the job. The wine and beer was also good. Would recommend if you are looking for something cheap and an alternative to the German cuisine!!

I was shopping in Center of the City Marienen Platz) . Was hungry. But i did not want expensive Restaurant and no Fast Food. I passed by this place. Looked at the menu. Price is not crazy. I ordered Linguine with Shrimps and Alfredo...Souse. Was not on the menu. Service was nice! I got what i wanted! Food is very tasty. 100% Recommended!

We stubbed upon this restaurant while walking the side lanes near the New town hall in Munich.. We were looking for something other than German food and came across this Italian restaurant...its small but clean; the manager/owner is very friendly we were felt very welcome,...The food was very nice and well cooked and the portions were very generous...which we didn't think so at first but the china plates hold quite a bit, price was also very reasonable , we had dinner there the 2 other nights we were in Munich... A great find so close to Marienplatz

I think this had to be the least expensive lunch we had in all of Germany. For the two of us it was only 30 Euro and that included salad. This restaurant was very close to the main square near the Marianplatz where all of...the action was. We wanted to find a quiet restaurant near the crowds, so it was a perfect place to have lunch. The pizza was very good and pasta the same.

For service. unfriendly and pampy in addition, all eating only gradually came to differ from 5 min.Kitchen: spaghetti bolognese came relatiw quickly accordingly suffering the taste immensely. 0 be it from the souce or from the flesh; even the noodles were without salt. the baguette was not dry by salty and partly furt. never fail again!
