Received a 50% promo from Entertainment Card for this new-born baby at Springwood, which is so close to home so gave it a go last night.A new idea of noodle bar, set-up was nice and neat. Although there were only four staff working in a tiny take-away preparation area and only one chef controlled the production of noodles ' orders. It was not chaotic and orders came in within reasonable time. Honestly, the idea of employing DIY your own dishes with options of noodle type and ingredients sounds interesting but it would not satisfy my Chinese palate. Since some noodles would not match with some sauces. However, I am very much appreciated the taste of our noodle orders. They had their own character and subtle difference in taste. Quantity and quality are reasonably proportion to the price that they charged. Do not miss to order the 'Satay Chicken Skewers ', the chicken meat was tender and the steamed rice was a perfect match.Overall dining experience is decent and definitely will return for other combinations of noodles and Dim Yims.
