Came a few times to this store , I ordered two cones of ice cream and I asking the employee to give me a taste of the toppings he gave for taste my friend who came with me wanted to taste it so he instead put a little bit on the cone we thought it was for taste because it was very little he put on the cone so I assumed he wouldn’t add it towards the bill but he did and when I saw the bill while eating I asked him to add actual amount of toppings because he only put some for taste and re refused to add . DISAPPOINTED!!!for the behaviour.

1! They actually answered the phone when I called with a question and was courteous, helpful and kind. 2! Actually had the flavor I had searched all over town for. 3! Offered to pre pack a quart for me REAL customer service. I was only going to buy a waffle cone but was excited about the offer and happy to have an upsell of my favorite 4! Order was ready when I arrived 5! A quick in and out

Great ice cream with so many flavours to chose from. It’s the best ice-cream shop in Birmingham.

After a hot day outside it was very refreshing to cool with a delicious ice spoon! The workers were a friendly group and there was even a BOGO free trade. I have raspberry sorbet on a waffle cone and it was so good! I recommend a mountain brook cream to everyone in this area!
