Chili's Grill Bar Restaurant

Went there, they so busy, but wait staff right on it. Food was great, we got nachos, one of our choices was fresh salsa, what we got was some runny watery salsa, couldn't even get it on a chip. Otherwise experience was wonderful.

The food was great. The service, however, was less than adequate , the waitress never came back to our table. I ran out of tea ,and my mom had to flag her down. I just said if she doesn't come back, then no tip.

Good trip to Chili's. Our waitress Hailey was very busy this evening and did a good job of getting to us. We might have waited a little bit, but under the circumstances, it was acceptable. The food was good. We both had the 3 for me special. I had the smash burger it was nice and tasty. I like my burgers medium it was served well done. I didn't think to ask for it medium, nor was the option offered. You might want to add that to training if it's an option.

Caesar salad is not really caesar salad. Has the dressing on spring mix with lots of iceberg lettuce. Not a bit of romaine or parmasean cheese.

We come in with a table of 6. About 1/4 of the restaurant is empty. The hostess says I dont have anything and I cant give you a wait time. Itll probably be more than 30 minutes. I gestured to the numerous empty tables so you are just trlling us to leave then? She replied my manager told me to
