Very poor quality and the staff very rude the food was cold they tell you have ketchup and jelly in your bag and they never put in there even they say it is in...

Stopped in for breakfast. Ordered sausage biscuits and fried chicken biscuits. All our food was hot and fresh. Will gladly return when in Kingsport area again....

The food was ok, was not the best I've had but not the worst I have had from a Hardee's before.

Every visit is the same.. NEVER gets the order right but now we just KNO to check it before pulling off.. they're very sweet workers tho..
