Avalanche Bubble Tea - Morton Grove

Nice spot to relax while drinking some bubble tea, a little far for Chicago people but if you are up to an adventure I recommend this place. The establishment is pretty small which made me take a star away but the flavor is always there ?Food: 5/5

Love the bubble tea but the customer service is so bad!! They had their screen faced towards me so I started placing order thinking it’s kiosk, the white guy was making boba and he yelled at me from distance “you’re not supposed to touch that” I couldn’t hear him because the blended was working atm. He literally yelled at me “don’t touch that”. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. There were two more customers in the store. He could nicely come to the order area and tell me to not use it. If you can’t treat your customers gently then I don’t see you going anywhere.

Favorite Boba place I’ve been too I would come here every week if I lived here! My mom and I were just visiting though: Great customer service and great menu options, everything I’ve had there is delicious: Doesn’t feel over crowded or hectic, just a good ole boba place. My favorite is the chocolate mint!Food: 5/5

This place was a bit overwhelming at first. There were tons of signs with different drink options which meant there were so many flavors to choose from and the signs didn’t really say what the drinks were. We asked the employees lots of questions and they were super helpful and kind. It all ended up working out because we all got what we wanted. Definitely will be easier next time. Also it was nice that all of their drinks are decaf (except the ones with coffee). Overall I would highly recommend this place.
