They're always busy, but still manage to keep friendly. The management and staff at this location is wonderful.

I?ve had a lot of trouble with this Sheetz with technical and service problems. But Rachel in the kitchen was super nice and responded very quickly to helping me. Give her a raise!!

This all started because there was a mix-up with my food order the day before. I called to address the issue and was told it had been noted in a book for my next visit. However, when I mentioned this to Andrew, he had an attitude and insisted that I should have ordered through the machines instead of him just processing it from the note. Even if they were short-staffed or he was having a bad day, there's no excuse for speaking to a customer that way. My 11-year-old was ready to step in and defend me!

They frequently make mistakes with orders. I recommend saving your time and money by going to the one on Mileground instead. It's much better and they truly take pride in their food.

This place has everything you need for a quick stop, and the prices are reasonable. I absolutely LOVE their Peanut Butter Lovers Milkshake—it's delicious!
