Taco Bell - Morganton

I wish I could give negative stars for my experience with the manager of this restaurant. I wanted to let them know that the taco meat I had tasted off and I was concerned about others potentially getting sick from it. I didn't ask for a new order, as I had no intention of returning that evening. When I mentioned that the tacos were not properly prepared, the manager's response was dismissive, saying they had been made incorrectly and the meat was bad. I simply wanted to prevent anyone else from experiencing the same, but I was met with unprofessionalism and no willingness to make things right. I would suggest finding a different taco bell location with a more respectful manager.

We ordered and came into the window to pay, wait after 5 minutes until they return our card, we said that their card reader went down. they asked if we had a cash money (we didn't) and were regretting the manager should have given us the food since they had already done it, but it was just a huge waste of time.

This is the worst example of the Taco bell I was waiting for 30 minutes for my staff with a fully equipped kitchen. they should remove and replace the door note. my personal doesn't look at their jobs that people with very small customers already turn away.

I waited for 18 minutes in the drive-thru, spent $35, and everything I ordered was cold. The soft tacos tasted like they came straight out of the refrigerator! The only good thing were the Cinnabon bites. I will never be returning.

The cashier and prep person were very friendly. The food was satisfying and fresh. This location is better than the other Taco Bell near exit 103. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you!
