As someone who used to work in the restaurant business doing all positions, you might want to get new to-go staff. It?s completely unacceptable to have someone wait for 15 MINUTES until someone even acknowledges them. Even when someone EVENTUALLYacknowledged my parents, they said someone will be right with them, and had to wait another 5-10 MINUTES. Maybe have designatedto-go servers and this wouldn?t be an issue. 0/10 would not recommend trying to place a to-go order here.

The service was absolutely wonderful. I hope this waitress finds a better job than this. The food was way over priced and disappointing. 13.99+ for everything. My partner got the calabash chicken Alfredo, that is the picture I have provided. Therewas little to no Alfredo sauce, and a very small portion of food in the largest bowl ever. The best thing we got was the loadedfries and they were still 10.99. I was sad when they started closing fatz locations, but now I understand.

Would rather not give a star at all. This place is a joke. It was not crowded (first red flag) we waited at the door for someone to seat us with empty tables everywhere. (second red flag) Finally got seated and more than 10 min later we finally had aserver come to get our drink order. Some of us had ordered a side salad so we assumed she would bring out the salads first,WRONG. We waited for over an hour for our food and ask the server to at least bring out our salads, more bread and drinkrefills. She came once with refills and bread but ignored our request for at least our salads. We ask to speak to a manager butnobody seemed to care. This place needs to shut the doors. Do not waste your time and energy on this place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. No waitstaff. The hostess was having to clean tables. 45 minutes wait on the food. Food was disgusting. Would rather eat at the convenience store. Only positive was our waitress. She was nice but overwhelmed.

The waitress was new but did her best so no complaints. There was however, a brown headed woman who constantly rolled her eyes and acted like we were an inconvenience. Party of 11, one table of 4 people in the whole building. We are nice and tip well. Noneed for the attitude from someone not waiting on us. She literally made it a point to make us uncomfortable with her eye rollsand unnecessary body language. Hat's off the the rest of the staff!
