After visiting well over 100 Jimmy John’s nationwide, this is the slowest one by far Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped in today for a sandwich. The cashier took my order quickly. I got a coke and sat down. After about 10 mins and no order, I started looking around thinking I missed them calling me. Out of 5 or 6 employees, there was 1 at the register, rest were off somewhere, so I asked about my sandwich and he had no idea. One person admitted taking my order and I guess that was the last time it was seen. Sitting at a table in plain view of the register, no one thought it odd that I didn’t have any food. The crew acts more like a bunch of high school kids hanging out than the employees of a sandwich shop. Won’t be back.

Horrible service getting worse. Ordered online and 45 mins later it is not ready they cannot find the order. Lots of standing around. 4 sandwiches ready that no one has claimed or picked up. North Gate store from here on out. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered some food for delivery online and unfortunately there were no drivers available. They still made the order and made it right with me for the time inconvenience it meant for me on a very busy evening. I'll be back. Food: 5 Service: 5

Freaky fast? Anything but. I've been stuck in the drive through for over a half an hour with cars in front and behind me while my toddler is crying and complaining because we're not going anywhere. Overheard them tell the car in front of me that it'd be at least a 10 min wait. I don't understand how this kind of incompetence can exist, and how this place even remains open if they can't staff it properly to provide basic service. Service: Take out
