Contribuiți la feedbackThe salads are freshly cut and are now organic and the smoothies are just so good, everything I ordered was made right there in a few minutes
Created by a group of friends, including a series of professional chefs, with the aim to modernize fast food. the food chain offers salad, suppen, special bread, desserts and juices. the great majority of our menu is vegan, with the rest vegetarian. we only accept credit cards and debit cards, we do not accept cash. updated from previous review on 2017-11-26
Beautiful group of people make amazing healthy vegan food in the interior of montreal. I come to eat here several times in the week, they have so many great options. big fan!
Is located in the upscale food court of the Centre Eaton. As we were there on a Saturday at lunchtime, the food court was really busy so it was a little challenging to find a seat. We tried two different salads and were impressed by both. They had novel combinations of vegetables and flavours and were quite filling.
After reading some the previous reviews, I must say that I was quite surprised. Because I had the complete opposite experience. First time I tried it, I thought Finally! A place that doesn 't make boring salads full of cheap lettuce! . The flavors are so intricate and unique, the ingredients are different from anywhere else (daïkon, kimchi dressing, wakame dressing?! , because of their chopping method is uber quick, everything is homemade (even the pre-packaged dressing and toppings one reviewer mentioned , everything is compostable and their new vegan cakes are delish. You can also add quinoa, tofu or chickpeas as protein. In the Summer they have a chilled tomato soup that is heavenly and in the winter, they serve the most comforting chili and curry. The menu is almost entirely vegan, at the exception of 2 salads I think. As for price, again, I 'm surprised. Montreal most popular salad bar charges about $16 +tx for theirs and half of it is just cheap, boring lettuce. Most salad places use the cheapest ingredients and the cheapest version of them. I 've been a loyal customer for the past 2.5 years, basically since they opened, going at least 2-3 times a week. If you 're downtown doing some shopping, I think it 's definitely worth the detour. And trust me, if you 're downtown, you won 't be able to eat vegan for much cheaper anyway... Unless you eat french fries.
