Eggspectation - Montréal

I used to frequent the ice-spection in Dubai, so I was excited to try breakfast at the YUL i Eage location. However, I was disappointed to find that the same dishes were not executed as well and the quality of ingredients was not as good as in Dubai. To be honest, I found YUL to be less expensive for the same dishes, possibly due to its smaller scale compared to Dubai, which only has two locations.

This restaurant was ideal for a group of 10 looking to dine together. We made a reservation and specifically requested to sit together. The menu catered well to everyone's different tastes and dietary needs for our 10:30 brunch. The staff were friendly and the service was very attentive. We would definitely return without hesitation.

My best friend and I visited this restaurant for a meal. The food was quite disappointing. My friend's dish was dry and the fruits were even worse - I couldn't bring myself to eat it because everything tasted old and not fresh. Despite this, I am aware that they offer other dishes that are delicious and worth trying.

I was here for Brunch a few times. Her juices are delicious and the food is always perfect. Never had a bad experience with service, but it can be overcrowded, so ready for delays.

I visited Eggspectation twice during our conference in the area. The breakfast Classic was a lot of food and delicious. My friend had a Belgian waffle with tons of toppings: super sugary, she couldn’t finish, whipped cream was delish. At lunch, I tried the Classic...burger. It was ok, nothing special. Menus are exclusively French or English, whatever language you respond to the greeter in is the menu you’ll get, but just ask if you need a different one. It’s not a quick bite, if you’re in a rush choose the coffee shop a block down. Staff is very friendly.
