Estive no hotel no verão passado. Adorei. Hotel muito calmo e o staff muito simpático e disponível.

Das Hotel, die Anlage und der Weg zum Strand sind wunderschön. Auch die Geschäfte sind nicht unbedingt typische Touristengeschäfte. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Allergene sind perfekt ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank dafür.

Arrived in Monte Gordo at lunch time and decided to eat there. Stood at the door and no one offered to come and seat us. Place was certainly not full, so my wife and myself sat down at a table for two. We were immediately approached my a member of staff and told we couldn’t sit there as the table was reserved. I pointed out there was nothing on the table saying so, and where would he like us to sit. We were directed to a bench at the end, and someone came. We ordered a couple of beers and asked for a menu. Eventually the beer arrived but no menus. We drank our beer, and went to pay and I pointed out that we wanted to eat there but as they couldn’t be bothered we would go elsewhere. He just said ok, obviously couldn’t care less. Spoke to several other people who had experienced similar. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t bother.

Had Lunch here as we were staying in the Hotel Vasco Da Gama. The views overlooking the beach are amazing, the nautical decor of the restaurant makes it clean and fresh very inviting. We had the Tuna Algarve style which was amazing and cooked to perfection served with sliced fried potatoes. Also a bottle of their own vineyard white wine which is crisp and fresh. Very friendly staff served us quickly. They have a large extensive menu with food to suit all tastes not overly priced compared to some other places on the Boardwalk. Well worth a visit.

We love coming here. The location is unbeatable and the service food is clearly better than other options in the region. Try the fish and seafood always super fresh!
