The beef tartare and The salmon tartare that we tasted were simply exquisite. Each bite was an explosion of authentic flavors. Highly recommended.

A very good surprise! The plates are good and surprising (I didn't know that we could just as much revisit the tartare) and the family that holds the establishment very pleasant.
