Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I would give this place a 5 but I'm still salty about them doing away with thousand island salad dressing and the fact that my favorite salad is only offered for limited times only. The southwest zalad! my favorite. Only had one person working counter and 1 working drive thru. The place was packed. Needed more help but thats everywhere . Food is always good and employees are always pleasant.

We come to this zaxby’s all the time this is a first. no seasoning on fries, gave us white bread in both boxes?? gave us half the serving of fried pickles

Food was hot and fresh really enjoyed the food. The customer service wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either.

Served me old chicken that was reheated, knowing they cook their food fresh when they eat at work. Only reason I gave a 2 star cause the fries were hot.

The food is always hot and fresh. Our order was not put in correctly. We had to wait almost 30 minutes before all the folks in our party of six got all our food. And I still had to go up more than once to order the sauces that were left off when we ordered. She didn't read the order back to me so I guess I should have paid more attention.
