I have a close friend who owns a Chinese restaurant and have worked their at the top level. Because of this I can tell you that the food here should be of much higher quality for what you are paying. Some of the more expensive dishes are not even prepared the way they are supposed to be, different ingredients or lacking them entirely. I've ordered dishes that had ingredients in place of others and spicy dishes that had absolutely no ingredients such as peppers to make it spicy whatsoever. The Genral Tso's was spicy a tad bit (actually had hot pepper in it) for the first time last time though I must say. Single father and my teenagers like Chinese so I've, out of necessity, ordered here often. I have a strong dislike for the negativity surrounding Chinese restaurants so I assure you my review here is honest. Unfortunately.
