Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Monett

Yummy dinner for us.. Chicken dinner... For 3, $21 with 2 drinks and 2 shakes Today I got ice cream. Always yummy!! 12/19/23

The food is usually not bad but the service could be way better. I spent 45 minutes in there the last time trying to order and then waiting to get my two shakes. After I got tired of waiting inside I decided to go through the drive through and waited another 20 minutes just to make it through the line of 3 cars in the drive through and be able to leave. It was a Friday night but for all the employees that were working no one should have had to wait for 45 minutes. When I got everything and was ready to check out from the store part the guy acted like he was irritated that he had to walk over to that register to check me out and I'm pretty sure that he was a manager. Very bad customer service this time but normally the only issue is how long it takes to get service in and outside. It's a little ridiculous.

Stopped for a strawberry/choclate shake. They have like a mini grocery store where you can pick your essentials without having to go to the big box stores. DO IT!!!
