I ordered a sub tray to take to an event. They had it ready on time and even helped me get it to the car. They were really easy to work with, and I had a great experience. I will go back there.

It's is a expensive the food was good though the service was good but Subway is more affordable and you acutally build your own sub there,at firehouse you don't it's take what we give you and the add ons selection is slim to none

They make really good subs and are very friendly and polite. The only problem is that the app rarely works properly. Although I am a good long-term customer half of the orders, I will not be credited to my reward points because I cannot order via the app. In addition, I need to repeat my order via the phone instead of simply reordering the app. You really need to fix the app. Otherwise excellent restaurant.
