Monumental Cafe 1923 - Mmotwaneng

Right in the middle of the buzzle of the main Aliados avenue seats this cafe. Beautifully and elegantly decorated. We came to have a drink and some nibbles and had a great time. The menu offers great options for dinner but we didn’t try any this time. We were lucky to have the entire place for ourselves around 5pm on a Sunday. Nice wine selection ..olives ..bread and cheese.. a great space to relax and enjoy an intimate afternoon. Service was top notch and the cafe and hotel are beautiful.

I shared a few starters with my boyfriend, order the Tomahawk (amazing) and the ice cream cup! The sommelier made the perfect match with the wine and the view to Aliados was the cherry on the top! Was as great way to start discovering Porto! We'll come back!

O espaço é só de sonho, somos automaticamente transportados para o Great Gatsby. Staff foi irrepreensível, realmente é por isto que adoro ir a restaurantes de qualidade, uma experiência top, comida muito boa, vinho bem fresquinho e delicioso. Ótimo!
