Taco Bell - Missouri

35 minutes later. and I FINALLY GET MY FOOD. after 3 people who ordered AFTER I ORDERED MY FOOD gets theirs. plus people with mobile orders, focus on who is there present at the time for christ sakes… what the hell happened to fast food huh??? don’t come here if you are hungry and want to eat around the time you ordered… at a place that calls themselves fast food.

Had to order kiosk. I like placing my order with a human. When I told the associate there that I didn't like using g kiosks he was snotty and told me that that's how it was going to be from now on. He added that Taco Hell was also Co sidering closing the dine in areas. So…if this is so, this is a chain that isn't customer friendly and I can spend my money elsewhere. Oh snd to make it worse....my food was cold. Burritos shouldn't be cold.

Ordered taco bell before work missing my chicken chipotle melt. Talked to Laura let them know this time i went tonight and they forgot it again. Ridicilous

Good food… combos keep costing more and more. Mexican pizza is back.. costs a lot.... but good stuff. prices are rising!
