After ordering 2 pork egg rolls I got 4 egg rolls not pork and she informed me there’s only one kind and wouldn’t admit that she over charged me nor offer me any sort of anything in place or even a refund. We are frequent customers who won’t be returning

Best Chinese food in Springfield!!crab rangoon is awesome. BUT the front person is rude, abrupt,short. No customer service at all. The customers are what makes your business. Sauce is held captive behind counter. I shouldn't have to beg for sauce. Matt as well be mcdonalds.only gives 2 success for a family meal. Poor service. again the food is sooooooo good.

The food is both good and bad. The crab ragoon is great. The prices are great. However my father ordered chicken fried rice and it was literally just plain rice with boiled chicken. Not very good. But the other rice we ordered was good and had onions peas ect
