Awesome vibe, dumplings and small items are great. Star was Dan Dan noodles but really everything was on point.

The food was amazing, their cocktails are unique and delicious. We will definitely be frequent flyers here.

Ok, this place is amazeballs. Saw the interview with the owner on Fox4 who described traditional Taiwanese street food as “ugly delicious” and knew I had to try it. Chewology is anything but ugly, and definitely extremely delicious. Incredible cocktails. We will be back.

This place is AMAZING! We went to the family and friends dinner. First, the server was GREAT, super nice, explained the menu really great and took care of us. We each picked a main dish and tried ALL the sides. Great service. The food… OMG, what an experience! Nothing disappointed, the brown rice was not my fav, but just bc I prefer white rice and wish they had the option. But the brown rice was fine. Other than that, all dishes were.. wow! So good. It's not the worst taiwanese food I've ever had, but then again most of the food on the menu isn't really Taiwanese, actually I have no idea what they are serving. 担担面 should not be made with ramen noodles, a dish that makes absolutely no sense. The ramen noodles are close to top ramen quality, maybe slightly better? The dumplings are equally weird, huge ball of meat inside like a meatball wrapped in 皮. Luckily didn't try anything else.
