We went to this restaurant for lunch and ordered a burger and fish and chips. The burger seemed to be made from frozen patties and the fish was overcooked to the point where we couldn't even tell what kind of fish it was. The bread was good and the burger was decent. The decor seemed very outdated and could use a renovation. The best part of our lunch was the excellent service from our waitress and the quick food delivery. The coffee was also good. Overall, if you're in a rush and not too concerned about taste, this place will do. However, if you're looking for a delicious meal, I would recommend going elsewhere, as this restaurant seems more suitable for truckers. Try the Pita Square on the way instead. Please check back for more honest reviews in the future. Chow for now!
I tried the three-egg special with potatoes and choice of meat (the waiter highly recommended the ham) and found it to be a fantastic deal for the price, although coffee was an additional charge. The ambiance may be a bit old-fashioned, but I believe that adds to its charm. It seems like there are many regulars and locals who frequent this place. I would have loved to try the Souvlaki and will definitely come back for it. If you plan on having breakfast here, make sure you come hungry.
Classic diner part of the dying races of a great place for family dinner. As you walk in your knowledge, go into a part of history. This place has been for decades. The decor is nothing to flee. The family it operates... this place is proud to keep it clean and operational. One paragraph quickly came to us our waiter and took our coffee orders and followed by our massive breakfast. For less than $10, I had coffee three eggs anyway I wanted to, housekeepers, meeting and toast, all with a smile. I know this place is not chic, but I will say that good food is good service at a fair price. Definitely worth a stop when you're in the neighborhood. And or looking for a nostalgic lunch, breakfast or dinner.
I don't understand why this restaurant has positive reviews. Today, I had a very disappointing experience - my liver was overcooked, the steamed vegetables were too salty, and my husband's steak, ordered medium, was well done on one side and completely raw on the other. I left a tip for the waitress, but I will never be returning to this establishment.
