McDonald's - Mississauga

I have a problem with Mcdonald's policy.I live around the area.Ialways buy a coffee.The product is decent for what you pay.Ifeed up with Mcdonald's asking for charity money.I told theemployee I am not interested in donated money. Then he askedif you want your change back. This is a personal choice whenyou give money to charity. I do not need this harassment from your employees.I suggest you review yours policies about customerservice.Thank YouPeter SimoneKid-friendliness: Stick to customer service ,not to charity.

I would like to request a raise for the morning staff at the restaurant from Monday to Friday, especially those working in the drive-thru. They are an exceptional team that always brightens my mornings. The coffees and iced coffees are consistently fresh, the food is always accurate, and their attitudes are cheerful. They truly are wonderful!

I have visited this MacDonald's location multiple times and most recently stopped by for breakfast this morning. As a nightshift worker im trying to understand why a 24hr drive thru is doing their change over from 3am to 445am.. their words with a giggle. Is that normal?
