Food was good.Service was horrible, there were 2 ppl ahead of us and we waited 30 mins for 2 whopper junior meals.One worker scratched her hair, wiped her nose, and bare handed a chicken breast.Gross!As for the cleanliness of the establishment, my shoes were sticking to the floor as if pop was spilled all over and left to dry.

Absolutely the worst service and quality since they started hiring only indian students. it’s the third time in a week, and each time they’ve messed up my order, or forgot an item completely. I’ve had enough and decided to just charge back.

I went to this location today and it’s really bad that they only give priority to the drive thru whereas I stood over there for 10 minutes for my order, I think you guys should improve your staff

The counter lady has 0 skills being there, maybe if I spoke Hindu I would understand better, unfriendly and disconnected, the cook looks severely overwhelmed, the place is dirty, unpicked trays everywhere. Cup lids Mia, you have to beg for ketchup and salt packets. How is the franchise tolerating this. I guess we need to make a difference with our wallets, only way to go.

I did the drive through on Friday ordered the whopper meals with poutine and drink the total was $35 I got home and found they gave 2 poutine but only 1 burger so I paid for 2 and only got 1 I called the restaurant the number is not in service and they gave no receipt.
