Please allow me to issue here my Yelp review of the Valentine 's Day festivity that I enjoyed last night... of which you still may get in on tonight... the last night of the celebration! The food was exquisite... the T-Bone steak... with bacon wrapped asparagus... with the banana flavoured cheesecake... knocked my socks off... I left there sockless! The live music was thrilling... I heard live... romantic Spanish Bolero 's last night that would make a blind man pray for healing and an old man wish for younger days! And the atmosphere was so delightful... so romantic... it could cause a divorce dead in its tracks! Men... if you 're needing a night to remember with your love... you know... a garaunteed Homerun... a Barry Bond 's... in the San Fransisco Bay water Homerun... do yourself the favour and book you and yours a table tonight! La Monarca is a great place to get something to eat or drink. The atmosphere is filled with unmatched live music! An elegant way to spend a weekend surrounded by good company.

The live music was thrilling too. I had the pleasure of listening to romantic Spanish boleros that would make even a blind man wish for healing and an elderly man long for his younger days. The atmosphere was incredibly charming and romantic—so much so that it could stop a divorce in its tracks! Gentlemen, if you're seeking a memorable night with your loved one—a guaranteed home run, like a Barry Bonds hit into the San Francisco Bay—do yourself a favor and make a reservation for you and your partner tonight! I was really looking forward to my sirloin steak, but instead, I received carnitas. I was also excited about the veggie flautas, but they turned out to be just potato—despite the description mentioning garbanzo beans and other vegetables, it was simply potato! Our waiter also didn't offer us any water or check on us, but at least the presentation was nice.

The staff here are incredible, and the food is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it. This place is truly a hidden gem!
