Sandcastles - MIRAMAR BEACH

Sandcastle served in the night sushi! I loved the spider roll. my elders shared the meeresstablet. my man enjoyed the Cuban sandwich. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. it was good again, but not amazing. for the price 28 per person it should be amazing. our server brought our check after only 20 minutes. I had asked for the coffee. I get used to hilton with exceptional service.

This breakfast buffet has all the options, cold cereal, and an assortment of fruit. The hot line has all the options: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links and patties. pancakes, biscuits and sausage gravey, hash browns, and grits. There is made to order omelet and waffles. All the food is delicious. Service is good for buffet. One child eats free per paying adult. We will eat here multiple times.

Floridian 75 drink was good and the nachos were good AFTER I asked for a side of nacho cheese because there wasn’t any cheese on them. The fries were good too. That brought the rating to two stars. The fried shrimp, grouper and hush puppies were burned and it was obvious the oil they are using is old. We got a tiny piece of corn on the cob and it did not taste good. Really disappointing because we were looking forward to the shrimp and chips. We will definitely not return. Our waitress was very nice.

Wonderful day starter and well worth the price. It was so convenient versus having to leave and look for a place that was decent and not riddled with tourist gimmicks.
