Good City Brewing - Milwaukee

Food was awful! We ordered the Mac n’ Cheese, it was tasteless and it seemed they cooked the pasta for too long. Also had the veggie wrap with falafel, but could not pick it up due to the amount of oil that was at the bottom of the wrap, the 4 cheese pizza also had a hair in it and the dough was soaked with oil. Not a good experience is to say the least.

Nice brewery. Decent beer selection. Off street parking is a plus. Good food. Decent atmosphere.

Good food and good beer. What more could you ask for!?There is plenty of seating here, so bring your friends AND your family!Loved hanging out at this place on a rainy Tues. The beer tender gave great suggestions which only made the hot honey wings taste even better.If you like the place and want to rep it, check out their swag.

The drinks were amazing! We got a **** Mary, Hazy IPA, stout, and a cider. All of them tasted amazing. I think the **** Mary was the best I've ever had.The food on the other hand, it was ok. It tasted fine, but we had to wait 50-ish minutes to get any food at all, and they never offered anything for their lacking here. We almost walked out.The food wasn't spectacular, and the wait was too long, but the service and drinks were amazing. They understood it was slow, and just said they were sorry, which is fair, they're a bar, not a restaurant.The ideal situation would be to go there, get a **** Mary, some curry fries and chill. That, I will make a habit of doing, and honestly, you should too. Go there for drinks and a snack.Overall, it was a positive experience, I will 100% return, I just won't return for a meal.

Passing through town on a road trip. Ask lady at hotel if there were any good bars around and she told us about Good City Brewing and it was only one block away. Perfect walking distance. Place wasn't crazy busy, but they had plenty of staff on hand and the service was awesome. We tried a couple flights based on suggestions from bartender. Found a couple we like and had a couple. Really nice place with really good staff. Wish we had a place like this in my area. Didn't eat, but saw some of the food come out and it looked really good. Highly recommend checking this place out.
