Roger made our experience so special. He went out of his way to make us feel like such valued guests, like he was glad to see us, and wanted to make our time here memorable. What a great guy. Thanks Roger!

Loved the staff polite, eager to help and ensure they have your order down clearly. I loved that this Starbucks wasn't utterly congested. The moment we entered there, there was a tornado warning, and everyone was asked to go indoors. It was also only our second visit to Kitchener where we would be moving soon. Some places leave a fond impression of a place, and this particular Starbucks summed up what we felt about Kitchener in that moment in time not congested, polite and clean and a wonderful place to be.

This is the best starbucks in Kitchener-Waterloo the staff is absolutely fabulous! So welcoming the moment you open the door. I go to this location very often and overall it’s great! they get drinks out very fast even if it’s busy and the staff is nice. a few times i’ve gone here their debit/credit systems have been down (unrelated to outages) which is a little annoying but not their fault. their outdoor seating is pleasant too! i recommend this place for sure.

Incredibly positive experience. The service is always exceptional the employees are friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure order was just right. Roger is fantastic. Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure that my drink was perfect, but he also made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks location for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and an exceptional customer experience.
