Great food close to home cooked with different options and sweets.

Sunday morning breakfast day so we decided to explore this spot. Good parking available, clean place decent menu. Aniyah, was our sweet waitress. We chose the Classic Big Jam and Shrimp/Fish Grits Combo. Aniyah came back to confirm my Big Jam choice within mins so we were surprised of our wait time. We literally waited 35mins for our meals they weren't even busy. When she delivered my Big Jam, it was without the pancakes. Okay, I'm thinking she'll be back with them. Five mins go by, I wave to her ask about the pancakes. She told me that the grits were a sub for the pancakes...NO, I subbed the potatoes for the grits...she was off to the kitchen...literally 10 mins went by...I'm the person who likes to enjoy my whole meal together not in pieces! So another person who was at the cash register brought over the pancakes...lol, with no syrup or knife! I signaled to him asked for sugar free syrup in which he said, he'd never heard of that...whoa, so hubby enjoyed my pancakes. I must say, my turkey bacon was awesome! Scrambled eggs, yuk! Not scrambled as I could see whites. Grits were usual in taste, I believe cooked in chicken stock not water, yuk! And powdered sugar heavily sprinkled all over the pancakes! Usually, most places ask if you want sugar so I didn't expect that. Especially looking forward to sugar free syrup. It seemed that this was a new establishment so I asked how long they've been in business, 2 years...REALLY! Would I return, NO!

Everything was great a 10 out of 10 in my book I have to eat here again.

I've ordered both in person and via Doordash. I love the chicken tenders waffles. Yum, it's well seasoned and not dry or overcooked. They seem to always have a variety of desserts available as well.
