Sadly we had a horrible experience tonight at a restaurant we have gone to for years. The waitress and manager had horrible customer service. We called in the morning to let them know we had a large group coming for dinner. They let us know to get there early and they would try to help us. We arrived early and they told us it would be a 30 min wait. We waited for 45 minutes and then when we went to our table, we realized they had us at two tables that were not together. Edit: as explained in the reply I was told to write to them to correct my experience so I did…. And they never wrote back…. Bad service start to finish. Original: Poor service. Was literally told to my face that my name was “wierd” When picking up takeout. I made a lighthearted joke back about some free garlic bread for the comment and was met with barely junior high school educated blank stares. I’m sure my Utah friends will enjoy the food but as a New Yorker I know better from prior experience … – show

This place is a hidden gem! Looks and runs like a diner, but everything served here was made with love. I had the ravioli with the marinara and Alfredo sauce, salad with oil and vinegar, and the garlic bread- everything was delicious. We have fast service and everything was cooked perfectly. My friend had the bender, which was so soft, meaty, and toasty. I’ll be coming back again- hopefully soon! I had a lot of food and a drink, and paid under $12. I’m super impressed.
