I got the Garlic Shrimp And the were amazing. They were huge and delicious. For sure will be stopping here again.

This is my all time favorite food truck. Been grinding with them when they was orange. My all time favorite. The pork belly hamma, rib eye hamma. Been all over the world army eating any kine and these buleis my favorite. And portions are huge and they no chang em. Prices is solid. Food so good I feel like I ripping them off. Koa says hamma status!

You must have the pork belly! Today I ran across this truck when I was walking through the Ala Moana Night Market. I decided to order the pastele plate which comes with your choice of rib eye, Korean chicken, or pork belly. I asked the friendly person taking orders how is it prepared? They boil it then marinate for three days! It's a family recipe, she said. Sold. This pork belly. It's beautiful. The most delicious pork belly ever. Tender meat, juicy and soft fatty bits... they grill it so it has crispy charred parts that balance the flavorful goodness of pork belly. I've had pastele only a few times so I can't give the best review on that and the gandule rice, but both were flavorful. Not salty flavorful, but actual seasoning and thoughtfulness. The plate is also served with mac salad or tossed greens, and you can have Kim chee and pickled onions. I got Mac salad and onions to go with my pork belly. So pleasantly surprised to have those onions. Another degree of thoughtfulness with this food. I hope to see you guys again!

Unorganized, take a while to get your food after you order, and the food was incorrect that I received. Why only certain people got pickle onion. Who the heck eat salad without dressing wrong order because I ordered mac salad. Thats why I gave the 1 star look at the owner 's owners response after I posted. Embarrassing only cool people get pickle onions . No shame
