Such bad service and general incompetence, it's a wonder most of the employees havent been fired and that this location is still open. Had an employee try to pick a fight with me because I didn't think his joke was funny. This was 6 months back and I don't think he works there anymore, but it does influence the rating. Good luck getting ice cream anywhere else in wahiawa or on Schofield tho.

I went to Baskin Robbins today with my children. We were so excited to go and I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. I realize that it may get rough being the only one working back in there sometimes, however, being ignored was rude. The customer behind me being acknowledged first was more rude. My child wanting a sample seemed to be just a terrible request. No eye contact was made the entire time. I hope Desiree has a better day tomorrow. She definitely ruined our day.

Had one experience where the guy gt really mad that I didn't engage him in his off color humor. Recently went where no one was at the counter. Left after calling to the back and waiting for 5 minutes. Not good.

We recently moved to Wahiawā and decided to stop by Baskin-Robbins for a snack. The employees appeared to be quite young, possibly high school students, and they certainly didn’t seem enthusiastic about their jobs. We decided to overlook their lack of enthusiasm. We ordered two single scoops, expecting no issues since Baskin-Robbins is a well-known franchise and we’ve visited plenty of ice cream shops around the island. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. They charged us a full scoop price for what was essentially a kid's size, and the cone was stale! Most places typically fill the cone a bit, but that wasn’t the case here. We ended up paying around $7-8 for two kid-sized cones. We won't be returning to this location again.

The prices are ridiculous! A single scoop costs nearly $5, and with whipped cream and sprinkles, it ended up being almost $9? What on earth?!
