Costco Food Court - Milford

I tried to explain that she is a service dog and I was just trying to navigate through the crowded space, but I was cut off mid-sentence by a very rude staff member. An elderly lady with blonde hair and black glasses was particularly upset and scolded me about my dog being on the floor. I was overwhelmed by the crowd and worried about my dog's safety as people bumped into us with their carts. It was frustrating because if my dog were larger, the situation might have been handled differently, but she’s small and does an important job for me. How can a service dog do their job if they're confined to a backpack or carrier? If I were to have a seizure, what good would that do? Fortunately, I had a friend with me to help manage the situation, but it was ridiculous overall. I would have appreciated just being allowed to let my dog walk with me instead of being told to keep her restrained while navigating through the chaos. Despite this poor experience with customer service, I must say the pizza was great, and the other staff members were wonderful.

I enjoy shopping here, even during the pandemic. The staff are always friendly, and they consistently have everything I need.

Even the best deal on a hot dog and soda has remained the same price since its inception, or at least since I’ve known it in the early '80s.

You need a membership to go here so it's good to join ahead of time but they have everything from clothing to electronics food items to cosmetics there was a lot of taste-testing going on don't shop here if you're hungry LOL

Can't beat the price of Costco's hot dog and soda special. The hot dog is big and tastes great. The chili is good too.
