It's not that hard to fix this issue. Maybe your employees aren't trained well. Your going to lose customers and close if you don't keep people happy and make it easier for them. This an ongoing problem and you lost me as customer.
Love love love these pretzels and the staff is always so friendly! I seldom go to a place where they say welcome to Auntie Annes and Cinnabon. That made me smile! Real customer service!
Went to this location with my little bro. terrible customer service from all staff. Very rude and the pretzels were dry. Only thing that worked out and turned out right was little bro was happy. I advise everyone to go to Danbury Auntie Anne's. Worst national pretzel day in the books.
The extra icing that I requested was left out of my order. This was not a huge deal. The real problem was with the delivery driver. He was extremely rude and unprofessional because he could not find my house. I was standing outside with the light on waving at him while on the phone with him and he drove by. He was rude bordering on hostile when he finally delivered my food and complained about how long he had been driving.
