The hotel needs to stop adding extra prices when handing the receipts. How can the waitress tell me the menu was backdated yet you should have communicated. I am disappointed

Currently at the hotel with my husband, there is no wifi in rooms I can’t even work, there is no Dstv or any channel to watch, you are not allowed to bring food or drinks in the premises’ what a joke’ , restaurant oh my God we tried breakfast and there were flies on the sausages and there was only sweet potato, dry sausage and pumpkin. when we came the rooms looked ‘kinda clean’ first day and Noticed they don’t even clean the bathroom. The bathroom sink still has my facial mask stains, so disappointing will definitely recommend hotel vannah if in migori, it definitely offers 5star rooms are extremely clean, Dstv and wifi, staff is well trained

Serene environment and staff were good. I enjoyed their fish meal
