Chipotle Mexican Grill - Midtown UNLV

I visited this location today Wed 11/8/23 5:50 pm the guy behind the counter greeted me What 's up? Very unprofessional and he threw my chicken in the bowl like he was in a hurry he asked the girl next to him to put lettuce in my bowl she picked up a handful of lettuce and slung it in my bowl. They bought out new pan of lettuce and it was brown. Never again it 's obvious they need adult supervision

Their food makes me throw up every time every hour for 5 hours after i eat it . i went they're twice and it was terrible . and one time i orderd off doordash and they didn't even try and make my food with effort they gave barley any food . never coming here again . even if it was my last only option in life i still wouldn't come . 0 stars if i could . terrible .

Rude service, rice is not even cooked. Never again! They don't deserve any stars !!!

The CLEANEST Chipotle I have ever visited, and I've been to many. I did go at a time where it was not busy (2PM on a Sunday), but still, the lines were fully stocked and super clean. I was honestly impressed! Not only that, the service was great. There was one girl on the line and I wish I asked for her name because she was so sweet! But she made sure that my experience there was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. I never really write reviews like this but I was too impressed not to.

This review is solely based upon one thing…personal appearance and cleanliness of one worker. One of the workers helping us had dog hair all over her black Chipotle shirt. It was really gross. My husband asked her what was on her shirt and she proudly said dog hair. She didn’t appear to know that could be a health and safety issue. We asked the other worker to prepare the food. All the workers were very pleasant, but they should’ve told her about the dog hairs. Dogs are cool, but please show more care and attention. I’m sure the health inspector would be appalled.
