Dairy Queen - Midlothian

Fast service through very long drive thru line. The three blizzards were made quite fast to my surprise. The one bigger blizzard was only ice in the lower half. Very clean.

The staff were very nice and welcoming... Very professional. The store was clean. They were fast to get our meals. The food was good. Good experience.

They were out of the cheesy steak fingers that were missing. But the regular fingers were made perfect. Not overcooked, the engraving was delicious. Two things... I ordered tacos, the shells were stale, not a good experience, even whatever, the customer is never being argued with. I witnessed the order cooking with a customer. The customer claimed their burger was cold, the chef did not apologize to remake the offer, instead went to argue with the customer. Apparently, where the whole lobby could hear. Not very professional. Obviously you don't know the name of the employees, but she was a mature looking person maybe early 50's, this is Saturday 23. Okay.
